What is microneedling?

Microneedling, or collagen induction therapy, is a solution for many common skin imperfections. At Revive Medical Aesthetics, the team often recommends microneedling for patients who have uneven skin tones, rough textures, or marks and blemishes.

The team uses the Eclipse MicroPen® for all microneedling procedures. The MicroPen makes tiny, controlled injuries across your skin with a set of hair-thin needles. The device is automated and allows for more evenly spaced punctures than derma rollers and other needling devices.

Your provider at Revive Medical Aesthetics applies a numbing cream to your skin before gliding the device across your skin’s surface. The process takes 15-30 minutes in total.

What are the results of microneedling?
